EscenarioAI respects the intellectual property rights of musicians, producers, artists, and all content creators. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.

1. Our Commitment

EscenarioAI is a creative tool designed to help musicians produce original content. We do not condone or facilitate copyright infringement. Our platform is intended for use with:

• Original audio content created by the user
• Audio content the user has proper licensing or rights to use
• Royalty-free or Creative Commons licensed material
• Content generated by our AI tools (which is royalty-free by default)

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content hosted on or processed through EscenarioAI infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works)
2. Identification of the infringing material and information sufficient to locate it on our platform (e.g., URL, username, project name)
3. Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

• Second offense: Content removed, account restricted (upload capabilities suspended for 30 days)
• Third offense: Account permanently terminated without refund

We reserve the right to terminate any account at our sole discretion if we determine the user is engaging in systematic infringement.

7. AI-Generated Content & Copyright

Content generated by EscenarioAI's AI tools (text-to-instrument, text-to-drums, AI mastering) is produced by our proprietary models and does not intentionally reproduce copyrighted works. However:

• If you believe an AI-generated output infringes your copyright, please file a notice using the process above
• We will investigate whether the output contains substantial similarity to the identified copyrighted work
• If infringement is confirmed, the output will be removed and we will adjust our generation parameters to prevent recurrence

8. Stem Separation & Fair Use

EscenarioAI's stem separation tool is designed for legitimate purposes including:

• Remixing your own tracks or tracks you have licensing rights to
• Educational analysis of musical compositions
• Accessibility (isolating vocals for hearing-impaired listeners)
• DJ performance preparation with licensed music

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to process any audio through our stem separation engine. Processing copyrighted audio without authorization may constitute infringement regardless of the tool used.

9. Misrepresentation Warning

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
